5 Years –
Today, our 5-year-old classes learned about the difference between animals and plants.
They practiced identifying various plants and animals, sorting them into the correct categories.
Afterward, they reviewed the stages of a plant’s growth and, through a fun sticker activity, illustrated the life cycle of a plant growing into a flower or fruit.

6 Years –
In today’s science class, Muse class learned all about the different parts of a flower and how to label them.
They practiced vocabulary related to flowers and colored pictures of flowers commonly seen in springtime.
They finished by discussing the plant life cycle and how flowers grow.

7 Years –
Today's lesson focused on the different parts of plants that we can eat.
The children learned which parts of various plants are edible and how they are used.
For example, they discovered that broccoli is a flower, corn is a seed, and celery is a stem.
